Terms of Service

Effective date: October 3, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and After The Timeout ("ATO," "we," "us") for using afterthetimeout.com and app.afterthetimeout.com. ATO is run by Drew Daffron, doing business as After The Timeout, based in North Carolina, USA.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the tools, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ATO.

Please read this part. ATO gives you sports analysis for information and entertainment. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a promise that you will win. Our numbers are estimates and they are sometimes wrong. Any money you put into fantasy contests or bets is your own decision and your own risk. If gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

1. What ATO is

ATO is a set of sports analytics tools. Today that includes:

What ATO is not. ATO is not a sportsbook or a fantasy contest operator. We do not take bets, run contests, pay out prizes, or hold anyone's money. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by DraftKings, FanDuel, Underdog, Sleeper, ESPN, any sportsbook, league, or team. Their names and marks belong to them and appear here only to describe the data we analyze.

2. No guarantees, and not advice

3. Who can use ATO

You must be at least 18 to use ATO. You must also be of legal age to play fantasy sports or place sports bets where you play. In many US states that age is 21.

Paid fantasy contests and sports betting are restricted or illegal in some places. It is your job to know and follow the rules where you are. Do not use ATO where doing so would break the law.

4. Your account

5. Subscription, billing, and cancelling

If we give you free access, it lasts for the period we tell you and can end at the end of that period.

6. Fair use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. For serious or repeated problems we may do it without notice.

7. Who owns what

Ours. ATO's software, models, designs, and written content belong to us. While you follow these terms, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own play.

Yours. Rankings, notes, and files you add stay yours. You let us store, process, and show them back to you only as needed to run the tools for you. You confirm you have the right to upload anything you add.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

8. Other companies' services

ATO relies on other companies, such as Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in, and links to other sites. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Changes to ATO

We are always improving the tools, so features will change, move, or be removed. We may also pause the service for maintenance. If we shut down the paid service entirely, we will stop billing you.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using ATO at any time and delete your account from My Account. Cancel any active subscription first. We may end these terms for you if you break them. Sections 2, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14 still apply after your account ends.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

ATO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output is correct.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:

Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

13. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law while using ATO and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, including legal fees.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If we cannot, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will email subscribers before they take effect. If you keep using ATO after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, cancel and stop using the service.

16. General

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about ATO.
